Titanium tubes

 Titanium tubes are lightweight, have high strength, and superior mechanical properties. It is widely used in heat exchange equipment, such as tubular heat exchangers, coil heat exchangers, serpentine heat exchangers, condensers, evaporators, and conveying pipelines. Many nuclear power industries use titanium tubes as their unit standard. 

GR1  is pure titanium and belongs to α Type titanium alloy. Has good toughness, weldability, and excellent corrosion resistance. Commonly used in aviation, aerospace, chemical and other fields. Among them, in the chemical industry, GR1  titanium pipes are used to manufacture equipment such as pipelines, heaters, refrigerators, and heat exchangers.

GR2 titanium tube is also a type of pure titanium, and compared to Gr1, the hardness and strength of GR2 material are slightly higher. GR2 is mainly used in the manufacturing of ship structures, offshore oil platforms, wires and cables, and other aspects. 

Ti-6Al-4V titanium tube is a variant of Gr5 alloy, with the addition of a small amount of aluminum element to improve its corrosion resistance and a small amount of vanadium element to enhance its strength. Ti-6Al-4V titanium tubes are lightweight, high-strength, and highly ductile, commonly used in the manufacturing of high-end sports equipment, orthopedic implants, aerospace components, and more.

Ti-3Al-2.5V (GR9) titanium tube belongs to α+β Type titanium alloy has excellent mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, and weldability. Ti-3Al-2.5V(GR9) titanium tubes are widely used in the manufacturing of marine vessels, aerospace vehicles, medical implants, and other fields.

Titanium alloy pipes Gr5, Gr7, GR9 and so on, which are often used in oil exploration pipes, deep-sea transmission pipes, and corrosion-resistant applications.
